: You're uming that the mind is something which exists apart from the physical structure of the brain, that a copied brain would somehow retain its connection to this disembodied mind. That is a false umption and a mistaken interpretation of the mind as brain theory.
To be more exact, physical structure what is fundamental and non-computable, i.e. we can never exactly know what happens inside it and so cannot prove that mind is a functionality of the brain but have to ume so. This shows that Noctlillucent is also wrong when he argues that science is not axiomatic, it obviously is and I think that it have to be so. For me the argument that mind is brain is perfectly OK, but in fact as well as other arguments, I really don't understand why some people care so much about that.
