The "Bust of Pallas" mentioned in "The Raven" is most likely a creation of Poe rather than an actual piece of statuary he owned or had seen somewhere. Though he might have known of one from somewhere; I can't say for sure. You do know, of course, that Pallas is another name for the goddess Athena, goddess of wisdom.
I supply for you a web page where you may read more about Pallas Athena, and also view some art work concerning her, including statuary. No "bust" as such is found there, but the pictures are good.
