God IS. He told Moses that His name was "I Am That I Am"...Yahweh. We are told in the word of God that God created all things, and all things are from Him. We are also told that God has always been and will always be. God did not 'come from anyplace' because all things come from Him. So my answer to your question would that God is the uncreated. The Eternal Father.
