You guys have chosen excellent pages. I have difficulty chosing a favorite over all because mine depends more on which book im reading at the time. Right now im reading We The Living, and i would have to say one of the parts i really enjoyed was when Kira meets Leo. When he makes a comment about having an appetite for life she replies "If one loses that appetite, why still sit at the table?" Another i liked was when Kira was a child, and allowed a little girl at school who had been ostracized by the others to sit with her at lunch. When the other girls confronted Kira for befriending the outcast she replied, "Youre mistaken. Im not doing this for her, im doing it against twenty-eight other girls."
