This is a clear cut case, as far as objectivism. A business uses its intellect to harness talent and make money, the people feel the music is "the right of the people" so they steal it, it isnt legal, but using the legal system to keep making money is Orren Boyle-like, so, the answer, record execs should go to galt's gulch. the end.
