I'm looking for a poem that is about how a son has kept his fathers family name good & brought only pride & honor to it (last name like smith, ect).. It is about when the son has a son of his own & is now ping this name onto HIS Son. I believe it ends with the words "when you give it to your son". My mother who ped away 2 yrs ago asked me to give this poem to my brother when he got married, which is in 3 week. I now cannot find the poem to give to him & am desperately searching for it.
