The only one that I am aware of is a very interesting article: "The Professor" in the Spring 1999 issue of Intercollegiate Review. You can access it at the ISI website.

There was an earlier article by the late great Frederick Wilhelmsen summarizing don Alvaro's political thought (including his famous power-authority dichotomy) in The Political Science Reviewer of about the mid 1990s.
