: Rush , President Clinton attempted to completely redifine Federalism two years ago. That Executive Order caused a revolt amoung the State legislatures and Excutives . That EO was within four months resended in whole. One of the only EO every to be withdrawn in whole. Now Gore is attacked the binding threads of Federalism, state sovereignty, in Federal court. The Vote, the control of the voting process is a constitutional rigtht of the individual states. If Gore has his way the foundamental glue that binds the authority of the individual states individually and together will be partically desolved. The end result of these challeges will push our nation towards Liberty or towards a social democracy, extincting Federalism.
