In essence, Sonnet 115 erts that love grows more and more each day. Shakespeare starts out saying that, even though he once wrote that his love is so great it could never change, he was wrong. Because it has gotten stronger each day. He ends the sonnet by saying love is like a baby; it grows bigger with each day.

Here's a rough paraphrase (putting the sonnet into my own words, in a paragraph form) -- hope this helps:

The poetry about love that I have written before this were lies, especially those lines that said I could never love you dearer. At the time I thought I was correct in uming this since my love was so great I thought it could not grow greater. But Time, which changes so much of the world, proved me wrong. I can say "I love you more than anything today," but time will change that tomorrow.
Love is like a baby, if you'll permit me to make that comparison. It continues growing towards fullness every day.
