Perhaps you are asking, "What is the purpose of believing in the Bible?" My answer is: to establish a hope in something more important than what this world has to offer. You see, IF the Bible is true, there is hope to continue the journey we've begun here. If it is a fable, then we are all lost. We might as well get all we can now 'cause we'll be dust soon. I just will not accept that this is all there is. The entire Bible speaks of Yahweh's (that's God's Name) plan. He provided evidence to guarantee that we could not mistake Him for Babylonian fables. He sent His Son, Yahshua, the Messiah, to verify His Laws and His Love for us. We, now, are given the task of believing -- without the evidences once provided -- as proof of our trust in Him.
